PRICING
Two decisions, then a number.
Commit for longer and the seat rate comes down. Seat count changes the size of the bill, never the rate. Everything else on this page is optional.
Estimate at list rates. Excludes applicable taxes and duties.
Get this in writingWHAT A SEAT INCLUDES
Every seat, every month.
- That month's scenario from the agreed calendar
- One virtual group or train-the-trainer debrief for the cohort, run by us
- Coaching prose for the learner after every attempt
- Resets within fair use, plus admin operations and transcripts
One scenario a calendar month, rather than the whole catalogue at once. Client admins see completion and transcripts; individual scores stay with the ADA specialists who run the debrief.
SCENARIOS
Three ways a scenario reaches your cohort.
From the roster
FreeAlready built and already public. Assigned month by month from the calendar, and the default path for a first cohort.
Built for you, open to the gallery
Free for a limited timeWe build your scenario at no development fee while this offer lasts, on the condition that it joins the microsite gallery and the app once live, where other organisations can run it too.
Limited time The window and who qualifies are still being settled. Mention it in the quote form if that is the lane you want.
Exclusive to your organisation
from ₹1,00,000Only entitled organisations can run it. It can sit on the public gallery as locked (not featured, not tryable), with a normal scenario landing page. Priced as a pack. Choose the size in the quote builder above.
| Scenarios | Quoted | Each |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ₹1,00,000 | ₹1,00,000 |
| 3 | ₹2,00,000 | ₹66,667 |
| 6 | ₹2,50,000 | ₹41,667 |
| 12 | ₹3,00,000 | ₹25,000 |
A twelve-month calendar needs twelve scenarios, which is why the 12-pack works out at ₹25,000 a scenario against ₹1,00,000 for one. Seats and debriefs stay separate.
DEBRIEFS
The group session is already paid for.
Virtual group, or train the trainer
One per cohort per month comes with the seats, delivered by an ADA specialist.
Virtual, one to one
For the people you want coached directly rather than in the room.
In the room, on your site
Depends on location, dates, travel and room size, so we quote it rather than list it.

PRICING QUESTIONS
What a champion needs before they ask for budget.
What you are committing to
Are we locked in?
Only for the term you pick. A one-month term is exactly that: one month at ₹999 a seat, and nothing renews on its own. The discount on the three, six and twelve-month rates is what you get in exchange for committing to that length, so the rate and the commitment move together.
If you want to start small and extend later, take the one-month rate for the first cohort. You will pay more per seat than a twelve-month buyer, which is the honest trade rather than a penalty.
Why is there a thirty-seat minimum?
Because a cohort is the unit that makes the debrief work. An ADA specialist runs one virtual group debrief for your cohort every month, and that session needs enough people in the room to produce patterns worth discussing.
Thirty is a floor, not a package. Thirty-one seats cost one more seat than thirty. If your group is genuinely smaller, talk to us rather than padding the number.
Does the price drop if we buy more seats?
No. Thirty seats and three hundred seats pay the same rate for the same term. Seats are a multiplier, never a volume tier.
The only lever on the seat rate is how long you commit. That keeps the page honest: you can work out any cohort size yourself without asking us for a number.
What the money buys
What does a seat actually include?
Each month, every seated learner gets the one scenario on that month's calendar, coaching prose after every attempt, and resets within fair use. Your admins get completion status and transcripts.
The cohort also gets one virtual group or train-the-trainer debrief that month, delivered by an ADA specialist. That session is in the seat price rather than billed on top.
Why one scenario a month instead of the whole catalogue?
Because the catalogue is not the product. The practice-then-debrief loop is, and it only works when a cohort runs the same conversation and then discusses it together.
An LMS that bundles a library is selling you access. Access is not the thing your people are short of. Deliberate rehearsal of one hard conversation, followed by a specialist telling them what they actually said, is.
Who sees the scores?
ADA specialists. Learners see coaching prose without scores, and your admins see who completed and can open transcripts for coaching quality checks.
Individual scores and score exports stay with the specialists who run the debrief. Train-the-trainer teaches your people the method; it does not hand them a score dashboard.
Scenarios and debriefs
Do we have to pay for a custom scenario?
No. Running scenarios from the roster costs nothing beyond seats, and most first cohorts do exactly that.
If you want one built for your own conversation, we are currently building those at no development fee for a limited time, on the condition that the finished scenario joins the public gallery and the app so other organisations can run it too. If only your organisation should be able to run it, that is the exclusive pack ladder, from ₹1,00,000. Exclusive modules may still appear on the gallery as locked. The promo terms are still being settled, so ask us where your build would land.
What is the difference between the included debrief and the paid ones?
The included one is a virtual group session for the cohort, one a month, run by an ADA specialist. It covers the patterns across everyone who practised.
One-to-one debriefs are ₹10,000 a person and exist for the people you want coached directly. An on-site debrief depends on location, dates, travel and room size, so we quote it rather than list it.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. Try a scenario on the microsite and see how the AI counterpart responds. Trial available; fair-use limits apply.
For a proper evaluation, ask for a demo led by an ADA specialist. Your stakeholders run the sim, we generate the debrief, then we all discuss that debrief on a call. That is the part a self-serve trial cannot show you.
Getting started
What happens between signing and the first learner logging in?
First a calendar conversation: your L&D lead and an ADA rep agree which scenario runs in which month for the term you have bought. That is the shape of the whole engagement, and it takes one meeting.
Then we stand up your organisation space and invite the cohort by email. People practise in a browser on a phone or a laptop, with no app and no LMS integration. From a clear brief, a scenario built for you is live in one to two weeks; roster scenarios are live immediately.
How do we pay, and what about tax?
We invoice. Every figure on this page is in Indian rupees and excludes applicable taxes and duties.
The quote builder above is an estimate at list rates. Send it to us and we will put the same lines in writing.
All prices in Indian rupees. Taxes and duties extra. Minimum 30 seats. Discounts apply to the seat rate for the committed term.
